Crimea Coast. UkraineCrimea is a wonderful place to have a rest in any season of year. Crimea peninsula is one of the best places in the world often called “World in miniature” or an open air museum. And it is true. A unique combination of different relief types and climate conditions on the small territory gives Crimea its own special charm. The Northern part of the peninsula is occupied with steeps. The best place for hiking - Crimean Mountains are located in Southern part of the peninsula. Crimea peninsula is surrounded with Black Sea in the West and South and with the Sea of Azov in the East.

Climate of the Crimea. Crimea has two seasons - the warm season, which lasts from May to October, and the cool season - from November to April. During the warm season the temperature varies form +25ºC to +38 ºC and the average sea temperature in summer is 23ºC. The South Coast of the Crimea is shielded from the north winds by the mountains, and as a result usually has mild winters. The average cool season temperatures are around 7ºC and it is rare for the weather to drop below freezing except in the mountains, where there is usually snow in winter.

In different seasons Crimea Mountains attracted travelers and climbers with its beauty and greatness. There are a lot of good places for camping. The most popular places for tourists in Crimea are Cave Cites, Great Canyon, Uchansu waterfall, Ai-Petri Mountain, Cheterdag and other beautiful mountains and places. Climate of the Crimea is favorable for rock-climbing in any season. All Crimean hiking routs correspond to European standards. It’s unusual and exciting to explore natural beauty of the Crimea by bike. Well developed structure roads and mountain paths, unique views, numerous sights attracts cyclists from all over the county.  
Tourists are welcomed to visit four caves well equipped for visitors. Even children can visit these caves with their parents and see the fabulous beauty of the underground world. The number of diving centers in Crimea also grows. After a brief instruction, you can take a dive in a rented wetsuit, accompanied by an instructor. The instruction, a half-hour dive and services of an instructor will cost you 30 dollars.

Among the most popular resorts of the Crimea are Yalta, Sevastopol, Feodosia, Sudak, Novy Svit, Alushta, Alupka, Gurzuf, Partenit, Yevpatoriya and many others. The most well known sights are Livadia Palace, Vorontsov's Palace, Nikitsky Botanic Garden, Massandra Palace, Swallow’s Nest, Chersonese and many others.

Crimea beaches with a worm and clear water are the best place to have a rest from work. It’s not a problem to find good hotel near the sea and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes at the seashore, so you can spend time in the best way.

Great Canyon of CrimeaMore and more tourists visit Crimea every year: for the last 70 years the stream of visitors increased in 100 times! The natural reserve fund of Crimea has the special value and scientific-ecological interest in these conditions. The reserve fund plays the essential role in saving the creatures of life and lifeless nature, stabilizes the ecological situation on the peninsula. There are formed 33 State natural wildlife reserves (the total square is 51.7% of the total Reserve Fund of the peninsula).
It is supposed to organize the Natural National Park “Tavrida” in the mountain Crimea, which will locate the phenomena of nature of peninsula. It will occupy about 300 thousands ha and allow to save natural complexes, which have the special ecological, historical and esthetic value, and to use it in recreational, learning, scientific and cultural purposes.
